Returns Information

Please check all items on arrival. If you are not fully satisfied with any of the products you have ordered from Sensory Tools® we are happy to exchange the product or arrange to refund the purchase price following the below guidelines. We do not supply a returns postage for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items, postage costs are liable to the customer.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Please follow the instructions below :

  • Notify us within 5 working days by calling (02) 45 786 123 or email info@sensorytools.com.au

You will then be asked to do the following:

  • You will be sent a RETURNS/EXCHANGE form which will need to be filled in and returned with the product.
  • All Products being returned for either an exchange or refund must be in Resalable Condition. Resalable condition means Product that is with price tags, clean, undamaged, unused, unopened and complete in the manufacturer's original packaging. We will not accept used or opened packages for a refund, exchange or change of mind. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will exchange it for you at no cost.

You will then be asked to do the following:

  • You will be sent a FAULTY form which will need to be filled in and returned.
  • You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item

NDIS ORDERS

We are happy to process NDIS and Plan Management orders, however we do not offer refunds but can offer exchanges to the same value. This applies to  orders paid with NDIS funds. Please consult with your OT or therapist in regards to what is suitable for the person intended. We will offer replacement for items that arrive damaged or are faulty.

Please choose carefully as is standard practice with CD and DVD sales we can not accept returns of CDs or DVDs unless items are faulty.
